Printed Circuit Board Layout
We
design and layout all of the printed circuit boards in-house. PCB layouts can range from 1
to 32
layers with applications spanning from power distribution to
micro-pitch RF designs.
We own
the latest versions of Altium Designer, P-CAD, Camtastic, and
Protel DXP. These CAD tools allow us to design accurate,
professional PCBs as well as allowing us to review pre-production
output and to perform manufacturing optimization. We have a very
large number of part libraries and can quickly move through the
layout process.
We
maintain close relationships with several PCB fabrication houses,
whose capabilities include rapid fabrication, small runs, high
volume, exotic substrates, and fine pitch topology. Upon
project completion, we deliver the PCB Gerber files in an industry
standard RS-274X format and can provide the corresponding ODB++
and XYR files necessary for PCB manufacturing and
assembly.
Software Design and Development
We
posses the software tools and the skills to program in C, Java,
Assembly, Python and Linux. Our primary software development is
focused on embedded firmware.
We own numerous pieces of hardware needed
during software development that include: logic analyzers, JTAG,
JTAGE ICE, emulators, programmers, and ISP specific programmers.
